Protinex Tasty Chocolate is a vegetarian ready-to-serve beverage mix that helps bridge the gap of nutrients from the diet of Indian Adults. Protinex contains 22 essential vitamins and minerals including 10 immuno nutrients³ that help build immunity, build strength, and provide energy. Protinex consists of nutrients that help in building bone strength, growth, maintenance of muscle mass, improving metabolism, the formation of blood cells, and maintaining fluid, electrolyte balance**. Available in chocolate flavour, Protinex easily makes its place in your everyday diet plan, and with zero added sugar* and low fat, it is suitable for daily consumption. It can be taken with milk or water.

1.Delivery Timelines:
We offer ultra-fast delivery within 30 to 90 minutes of placing your order, subject to product availability and delivery slot availability.
2.Delivery Hours:
Our delivery window is from 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered in the next available slot.
3.Minimum Order Value:
A minimum cart value of ₹499 is required to be eligible for free delivery. A small delivery fee may apply for orders below this amount.
A nominal delivery fee of ₹25 applies on orders below the threshold.
4.Delivery Areas:
We currently serve selected pin codes in Bhubaneswar. Please enter your pin code on the app/website to check service availability.
5.Missed Deliveries:
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a re-delivery may be scheduled at an additional charge.
6.Return Window:
Due to the perishable nature of groceries, returns are accepted only at the time of delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and inform our delivery partner or contact support immediately if you find:
Damaged or spoiled items
Incorrect or missing items
Products past expiry date
7.Non-Returnable Items:
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Dairy & frozen products
Cooked or ready-to-eat items
Any opened or used items
8.Refund Process:
Once your return request is approved (on-spot or via customer care within 24 hours), the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 2–5 business days.
9.Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it or before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
