Our delivery window is from 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered in the next available slot.
3.Minimum Order Value:
A minimum cart value of ₹499 is required to be eligible for free delivery. A small delivery fee may apply for orders below this amount.
A nominal delivery fee of ₹25 applies on orders below the threshold.
4.Delivery Areas:
We currently serve selected pin codes in Bhubaneswar. Please enter your pin code on the app/website to check service availability.
5.Missed Deliveries:
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a re-delivery may be scheduled at an additional charge.
6.Return Window:
Due to the perishable nature of groceries, returns are accepted only at the time of delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and inform our delivery partner or contact support immediately if you find:

Once your return request is approved (on-spot or via customer care within 24 hours), the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 2–5 business days.
9.Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it or before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
